The challenge
Adobe is hiring a Creative Cloud Sales Specialist in Italy (Milan) to develop our Enterprise Customer footprint. They are sales professional with experience in SaaS, advanced Challenger Sales or Business Value Selling, with good understanding of Design & Creative industry. The primary goal is to identify, grow and close new business opportunities for the Adobe Creative Cloud platform and our new growth solutions such as: GenAI (Firefly and Firefly Services – APIs), Adobe Express and Frame.io. The Sales Specialist will establish new strategic relationships in assigned key accounts across several verticals and will partner with the internal extended ecosystem to sustain Adobe’s momentum in Content Supply Chain development.
What you’ll do
- Qualifying, progressing and closing opportunities for Adobe Creative Cloud in Named Accounts in Italy
- Implementing comprehensive account sales strategies
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships on C-level and functional levels
- Using internal resources and business partners to provide solutions to customers’ challenges
- Target some ground-breaking deals within your territory where Creativity & Design is key business drivers for your customers
- Follow up on leads generated by Marketing
- Collaborate effectively with Adobe Account Executives and internal partners to deliver joint value propositions for enterprise customers
- Creation and updates of sales activity plans, provision of timely and accurate sales forecasts and account plans on an ongoing basis
- Address customers’ Digital transformation positioning the Adobe Creative Cloud platform
What you’ll need to succeed
- Dedicated individual with a “can do” attitude, motivated to focusing and committing to attain ambitious results
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and SaaS sales, with ideally track record on selling APIs solutions and ground-breaking projects
- Ability to become the trusted advisor by demonstrating and articulating business value in the language of the client as well as internally
- Entrepreneur approach with excellent cross-collaboration skills to work with the Italian extended Sales Team (Account Executive, Inside Sales, Solution Consultant, Customer Succes Manager)
- Proven track record to work effectively across functional groups, such as Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Partners
- Experience in prospecting, account planning, needs analysis, presentations, negotiations and proposal writing
- Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Italian speaking and full professional proficiency in English language is a must
