Role
In the role of Sales Assistant at Juventus Football Club store in Turin, you are expected to give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience to Juventus fans, to maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store and to represent both the company (Fanatics International) and the partner brand (JFC) in the best way possible.
The sites where you can be in charge of your task and carry out your working day are the following:
- Stadium Megastore – c/o Allianz Stadium – Via Druento 153 (Turin) ;
- City Center Torino – Via Garibaldi 4/E (Turin).
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
- Till use and cash handling
- Shirt printing
- Day to day tasks and housekeeping
The job duties list is not exclusive nor exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope /level of the role.
Knowledge
- Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Passion for football and sport is a must
- Outgoing and friendly attitude
- Flexible working hours and willingness to work shifts is essential
- Availability to work on weekends/holidays and match days at the Juventus Stadium
- Good English language level
