About the job

Drive development projects execution through Agile methods, to be applied for all development projects, such as OTC, Food Supplement and other status, assigned to Compiègne Development Center, for internal or external development with a CDMO.

  • Ensure project milestones are defined and achieved in a timely manner, and calculate workload capacity for the development projects

  • Follow Agile method framework for projects under development, securing Development Center milestones deliveries, right resource allocation and budget tracking

  • Support communication between project team & business stakeholders to ensure transparency into delivery progress, challenges, and risks

  • Communicate to DC leaders, in regular basis, the tracking KPIs defined for projects

  • Escalate issues timely appropriate

Product Development – Performance Lead (scrum & performance) , the job incumbent is:

  • Build and track project planning for development projects. The planning considers all DC internal activities and its connection with external inputs.

  • Educate the team in Scrum and Agile at scale practices and facilitate its adoption.

  • Track projects through SMARTSHEET system and ensure DC teams record the right information at the right time

  • Will work transversally with all DC areas to ensure the right level of communication. Responsible for information input during budget process. Ensure appropriate budget tracking and communication.

  • Identify, propose and work on simplifying existing process focusing on the added value

Main responsibilities:

  • Build the development project E2E planning, including resources allocation and associated budget (internal and external cost). Track the milestones deliveries at all stage gates.

  • Consolidate and manage the portfolio under development for projects, look for synergies among projects, and keep permanent update for Operation & Performance when identifying resources constraints.

  • Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, lead sprint planning and goal setting meetings

  • Conduct “retrospective” reviews to see what went well and what can be improved for the following sprint

  • Manage obstacles that arise for the team by communicating with stakeholders outside of the team

  • Ensure HSE and Quality policies are in place, as well as procedures and trainings are up to date and being followed by the group.

About you

Education

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Certified Agile Scrum Master, PMI, Lean or equivalent professional qualification is desired

Expérience

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in Pharma or Consumer Good industries

Language :

  • Fluent French communication skills, verbal and written

  • Fluent English communication skills, verbal and written

Technical skills :

  • Relevant experience in Innovation process

  • Knowledge of Agile methods

  • Ability to lead a team to make realistic and achievable delivery commitments

  • Skilled on facilitation, situational awareness, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency

Soft skills :

  • Leadership, Communication skills, problem solving, transverse interaction and proactivity

  • Influencing, negotiating and active listening within a team environment

  • Excellent communicator, able to communicate with external stakeholders and management

  • Ability to drive new Way of Working in a complex environment and to challenge the status quo
