As our new environmental consultant based in the Ramboll Milan office, you will be part of our successful team composed by geologists, engineers, geotechnical experts, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. You will contribute to a sustainable future in an open, collaborative and empowering culture.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Design of site investigations and remediation
  • Support on field data collection, from a geotechnical and environmental point of view
  • Data analysis and elaboration
  • Support in geotechnical design
  • Drafting of technical reports
  • Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language

  • Candidates should have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. (3/5 yrs) degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar
  • Relevant experience in site characterisation and remediation, as well as geotechnical characterization
  • deally proficient user of ArcGIS (or similar software)
  • Experience of field work and data analysis
  • Ability to define a site conceptual model
  • Capable of producing clear and concise written documents in Italian language (mother tongue)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Availability to daily/weekly business trips
