With our exceptional team of dedicated individuals, we value individuality, strive for excellence, and prioritize authenticity to fulfill our mission.As Product Owner you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our QC Lab’s integrated software solutions, including Labvantage® LIMS, Empower®, and Softmax Pro®. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and a deep understanding of quality control processes, IT Systems and equipment in a laboratory environment. This is a role with empowered decision making and potential to explore innovation across lab systems and use.As a Product Owner in our R&D IT & Digital team, you will have a key role in enhancing our Quality Control capabilities. You will work with your Product Team members and other IT&D colleagues as well as our colleagues in the business.You will lead an Agile Team of 3-6 members as well as business colleagues, transforming product vision, business requirements, and user needs into a well-organized backlog and practical user stories.Execution is based on an agreed roadmap, and you will ensure that each release is following our Computerized System Life Cycle procedures to be GxP compliant.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needsPrioritize and maintain product back-log features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical constraintsFunction as the primary point of contact for the QC Lab business ownerFacilitate the agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, and provide feedback and coaching to the teamEnsure the QC Lab Product maintains a validated state as well as all systems maintain a consistent level of supporting documentation based on procedural guidance (GxP and non-GxP)Collaborate with QC Lab users, your Product Team, QA departments and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of system enhancementsTrack and report on product performance, addressing any issues affecting quality or user satisfaction, and optimize processes for improved efficiencyManage budget planning and allocate resources for both product roadmap and ongoing operational supportRequirements:A degree in life sciences, bioinformatics, computer science, or equivalentAt least 8 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or a similar role in the biopharmaceutical or software industryExperience working with GxP regulations and procedures. Particularly around change management, periodic reviews, and internal auditsSolid knowledge of the agile methodologies, the Scrum framework, and the agile tools, such as Jira and ConfluenceCertified Product Owner certification and project management experience are preferredAbout You
