- Account Manager
Role Summary:
An Account Manager at GTT is not only at the forefront of GTT sales dedicated to finding our next new name customers, but also penetrates our existing client base seeking new opportunities, understanding their challenges, matching their needs with GTT services, and most importantly closing the deals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling promotional work and tracking sales activities; quoting prices, preparing proposals and providing information regarding terms and delivery, and negotiating contracts.
Developing new business within assigned region or industry; gathering data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing.
Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions and addressing their needs.
Prospecting new business, setting and closing appointments with key decision makers, servicing existing business and developing strong client relationships.
Penetrates existing companies deeper to understand pain points and sniff out further opportunities
Sells GTT’s full suite of products and solutions Including connectivity (SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet),
Profiles key customers and seeks companies with a decision making unit and considerable international footprint.
Work with the considerable marketing support available to drive further prospecting initiatives.
Drive opportunities from discovery, through development to close.
- Corporate Account Manager and Security Information Officer
Role Summary:
I. Corporate Account Manager:
The Corporate Account Manager is a position in Sales Department of GTT Bulgaria. He/she works closely with all the members of Sales team and reports to the Sales Director.
Main purpose of this position is realization of commercial policy of GTT by finding new customers, identifying their needs, driving creative solutions, negotiating and closing deals, reaching maximum cash collection, whilst building lasting relationship with clients.
II. Information Security Officer:
Supports Management in managing, organization and control of the activities related to Information Security and also in keeping company secret.
Supports Management in establishing telecommunication channels for the needs of Defence and Internal Security of Republic of Bulgaria.
The Information Security Officer reports directly to the Regional Director and is a line manager of the Administrator of Registration Desk for Classified Information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Corporate Account Manager:
1.Driving an individual quota from the annual sales income budget of the company.
2.Development of company’s sales strategy by following marketing strategy and commercial objectives of the company.
3.Conducting preliminary surveys and collecting information with regard to determining clients’ solvency and credit limit.
4.Analyzing opportunities, preparation of proposals and offers by tracing their development throughout the whole commercial cycle.
5.Identification of client’s needs and establishment of good relations with them.
6.Collection and analysis of information about fluctuations in the prices of services and products of competitors.
Information Security Officer:
1.Develops a plan for security of the company through physical and technical means and keeps it’s pursuance.
2.Performs periodical check-ups of the accountability and the flow of Information Security materials.
3.Performs ordinary research according to article 47 of Classified Information Protection Act; executes the procedure for ordinary research and keeps registry with the investigated persons.
4.Informs the State Commission for Information Security in case employee’s licenses are about to expire, or an employee is leaving the company or being reappointed, also when an employee license needs to be changed (level of access to classified information).
5.Informs the State Commission for Information Security and any relevant Information Security authority in case of changes related to issuing access permissions, certificates, and confirmation documents.
6.Keeps a register of all cases of unauthorized access to classified information and describes measures that were taken.
7.Monitors the correct defining of levels of classified information.
8.Develops a plan for protection of classified information in case of war or other force major circumstances.
9.Organizes Information Security training for employees.
10.Executes any other tasks given by the Management.
- Sales Representative
Role Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for providing account management/sales support to assigned customers consisting of medium-sized enterprise clients, small service providers and resellers of GTT services. The Sales Representative will ensure accounts are retained, services renewed, and additional revenue opportunities are addressed by identifying opportunities to sell additional GTT services into the assigned client base, quoting, and obtaining orders for those services. This role is integral to GTT’s stated mission of providing service to our clients with simplicity, speed, and agility from quoting through service activation and support.
Job Scope:
This role interacts with sales support, marketing and service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Within the specified customer base, prospects, qualifies, quotes, proposes & closes business.
Proactively/Reactively manages accounts
Performs outbound call campaigns.
Proactively reaches out to Out-Of-Term (OOT) circuits, raises rates when appropriate and manages the customer data base campaigns as requested by line manager.
Reviews churn, contacts clients, saves revenue. Responsible to ensure “Reason Codes” are accurate.
Responds to account queries related to service upgrades, changes, ceases.
Performs quote/order entry in a CRM asystem.
Actively promotes company products to customers aiming to close as many as possible new, upgrade and renewal deals.
Builds trust and relationship with clients aiming to bring more, and expand current business as much as possible.
Performs other sales related administrative functions as requested by line manager.
