Your role will involve not only hands-on development but also influencing project direction, aligning initiatives, and delivering high-impact solutions.LOCATION100% Remote – Anywhere within the Poland- B2B ContractRESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:Cross-Team Leadership: Drive alignment and collaboration across different engineering teams and geographical locations. Influence project direction and ensure synchronization of efforts towards common goals.Technical Mastery: Utilize your extensive knowledge in Ruby on Rails, React.js, and full-stack development to lead by example. Innovate and implement advanced solutions in specialized areas of our technology stack. Hands-on experience in cloud computing (like AWS, GCP, Azure etc.) and Kubernetes (services like EKS, GKS, or AKS). Ability to handle products in other languages like .net, python. Having knowledge about DevOps, IaC and Security concepts will be an added advantage.Project Delivery: Commit to and consistently deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Ensure timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality. Knowledge about various tools and NFRs (Monitoring and Security).Influential Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers across teams to align all to deliver the business goals as per effective architecture and the right technical solution.Strategic Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative approaches. Leverage strong problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve issues effectively.Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills.
