Your main goal will be to increase conversion rates and drive growth by bridging the gap between the media buying team and the creative team.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with the creative team to develop and optimize marketing creatives.Conduct in-depth analysis and performance tracking of various creatives to identify opportunities for improvement.Perform thorough research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform creative development.Act as the liaison between the media buying team and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals.Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign performance.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of optimization efforts.Conduct multi-channel analysis to understand the performance of different media buying sources, identifying when, where, and how each source converts.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and apply them to our strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in using analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms).Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationWe offer:
