The roleThe Residential Wellbeing Team is seeking to appoint a Residential Wellbeing Manager (out of hours). This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse, professional, dynamic, innovative team who provide an inclusive, compassionate, and resilient service, empowering students to stay well, live and study independently, and fulfil their potential.Working on an annualised roster of 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, 12-hour night shifts of 20:00-08:00.What will you be doing?You will manage a team including a Deputy Manager and Wellbeing Coordinators to provide a professional, out of office hours wellbeing advice and support service, to students living in residences and the local community.
