Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative R&D Specialist to join our team in our office near Treviso, Italy. In this role, you will be an integral part of our research and development team, contributing to the design, testing, and improvement of our wheelchair products. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals who rely on our solutions, ensuring that we continue to lead the market with innovative and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Product Development
Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of new wheelchair models, focusing on improving functionality, comfort, and usability.
- Research
Conduct research on emerging technologies and materials that can be applied to our products, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that products meet all necessary specifications and standards.
- Documentation
Prepare reports and documentation of design processes, test results, and product specifications.
- Innovation
Generating new ideas for product features and enhancements.
- User-Centered Design
Engage with end-users and gather feedback to inform the design and development process, ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations.
- Compliance
Ensure that all product designs comply with relevant safety and accessibility standards.
Requirements:

Degree in a related field or relevant experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.
