The Role:

• Planning Fleet Training to ensure fleet colleagues are suitably qualified and certificated for the duration of their time onboard

• Good Awareness of Global, Corporate and Maritime Flag State Training and Certification requirements

• Schedule courses and secure bookings to meet Carnival UK SLA’s for course attendance e.g. CSMART

• Accurate recording and reporting of compliance MI to enable effective risk management.

• Resolve all training compliance queries in a professional, knowledgeable, and timely manner.

This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time 8 month fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

• Compliance experience or background

• Familiar with HR Management systems

• Strong customer service experience

• Stakeholder management experience

• Strong attention to detail
