The Role:

Planning Fleet Training to ensure fleet colleagues are suitably qualified and certificated for the duration of their time onboard

Good Awareness of Global, Corporate and Maritime Flag State Training and Certification requirements

Schedule courses and secure bookings to meet Carnival UK SLA’s for course attendance e.g. CSMART
-
Accurate recording and reporting of compliance MI to enable effective risk management.

Resolve all training compliance queries in a professional, knowledgeable, and timely manner.
This role is classified as CUK12 and is available on a full-time 8 month fixed term basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
Successful candidates will possess:
