Job Description:What you’ll be doing…Future Insight, a division within Future’s Marketing team, serves as the leading expert on our key audiences, market sectors, and brands, ensuring the customer remains central to our decision-making process.The Insight team collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to deepen audience understanding and assess advertising effectiveness, with the goal of maximising revenue. This role demands a commercial approach to leveraging insights, as you will support Future’s sales teams and drive advertising revenue across our global markets.In this opportunity you will play a key part in Research, Data Analysis, Insight Creation and Delivery, Stakeholder Liaison, Communication and Reporting. Oversee the entire process of survey-led insight initiatives, from liaising with stakeholders on project briefs, designing and scripting questionnaires, and creating samples, to activating surveys, analyzing data, and delivering results. Conduct desk research to complement other data sources, producing comprehensive and evidence-based insights. Foster strong relationships with sales teams to optimize the use of insights in pitches and projects. Maintain clear and regular communication with the Trade Marketing team to enhance efficiency and deliver value to the business.   • Strong experience in data interpretation and analysis is essential.
  • Ability to design and script effective research questionnaires.
  • Excellent written English skills for crafting well-structured surveys.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional/academic qualification.
  • Proficiency in using Excel formulas to analyze datasets.
  • Skilled in using Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in a research role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to translate complex data into relatable narratives with clear recommendations.
  • Experience in conducting advertising effectiveness research is a plus.
  • Confidence in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, particularly ad sales teams.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or research is advantageous.
  • A strong interest in the media/advertising industry is a plus.
  • Confident in presenting data and insights to stakeholders with clarity.
  • High attention to detail.
  • An enthusiastic and passionate self-starter, capable of managing time and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and initiative-driven, with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
