Your role and responsibilities

You will support the Quality Management & Operational Excellence department in their daily work in process management and the maintenance of the B&R process map

You design, optimize and change processes in cooperation with the specialist departments

You support the specialist departments with documentation

You analyze existing processes, identify weaknesses and potential for improvement

You identify process correlations and implement standardizations

You are the central point of contact for the processes you are responsible for

You create awareness of the importance of digitalization measures and also support training measures

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in the field of process or quality management
• Confident handling of modeling tools
• Business administration training with a focus on process management (FH/Uni) or practical experience
• Analytical thinking and understanding of complex systems and processes
• Strong communication skills, team player with a high degree of independence
• Networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good MS Office skills
• ARIS, SAP and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German
