• Lead AI Projects: Spearhead AI projects from a technical standpoint, coordinating implementation teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Quality Assurance: Uphold technical quality and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring robust and reliable solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• MSc or PhD in Natural Language Processing, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of working experience in AI, specifically around NLP, GenAI and LLMs. Work in academia only counts as experience if the applicant has completed a PhD.
• Technical Project Management: Demonstrated extensive experience in managing technical projects and leading diverse teams to successful outcomes.
• Software Development & AI/ML: Proficiency in software development and a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, driving innovation and technical excellence.
• Agile Methodologies: Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira, facilitating efficient project execution.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills, essential for navigating complex project challenges.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
