Role Responsibilities:

* Safeguarding Focus: Operate within the Safeguarding Team to evaluate, address, and manage safeguarding risks associated with adult service users, ensuring their protection and well-being.
* Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify safeguarding issues, and implement evidence-based strategies to mitigate and manage identified risks.
* Application of Care Act: Apply the statutory requirements and principles of the Care Act to ensure compliance and effective service delivery, advocating for service user’s rights and needs.
* Case Management: Develop and maintain detailed case records, prepare comprehensive reports, and coordinate multidisciplinary interventions to provide a cohesive and effective safeguarding response.
* Collaboration: Engage with external agencies and internal teams to facilitate a multi-agency approach to safeguarding and risk management.
