The Customer Learning Solutions Specialist​ for Cytiva is responsible for supporting our customers with learning programs which enable optimal development and manufacture of therapies through Cytiva solutions.

This position is part of the Learning Solutions organization located in Marlborough, Massachusetts and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Be an expert in Cytiva customer learning programs, supporting our commercial team in customer conversations on the value and adoption of those programs.

  • Lead effective customer demonstrations of reality experience learning programs, realizing the value of accelerated learner competence.

  • Engage with customers to understand their education needs relating to Cytiva products, identifying pain points, and determining how the specialized learning programs can address those requirements.

  • Provide seamless customer onboarding experience for all blended learning programs, accelerating adoption, and ensuring consistent customer value.

  • Provide customer feedback and market insight to product management to enable development and enhancement of Cytiva’s blended learning offering.

Who you are:

  • You will have experience working with internal stakeholders, of varying styles and expertise

  • You will have experience with adult learning principles and programs.

  • 5+ years experience working in the life science industry or scientific background

  • You will have exceptional and compelling oral and written communications skills, while being both diplomatic and persuasive.

  • 5+ years experience in commercial, learning and development or related field

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with virtual and augmented reality training to accelerate competence.

  • 2+ years experience of working with large or multinational companies

  • 2+ years experience in a life science commercial role.

  • 5+ years in learning and development design or implementation role

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Learning and Development, Life Sciences, or related
