-Demonstrated understanding of design principles and best practices, particularly in the context of medical applications.
-Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory guidelines related to medical device usability and user interface design.
-Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What we are looking for:

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in usability and user interface design, preferably in the medical device industry.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

-Influence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience considerations and participate in roadmap planning and virtual teams
-Make decisions in customer experience strategy for platforms and products requiring understanding of the function and compliance requirements
-Demonstrated success leading and overseeing the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, field team and other team members
