You are inspiring a diverse team, optimizing resources, and fostering a collaborative work environment.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.Demonstrate your passion:You ensure the proper food service and refilling of food lines in collaboration with other departments and the Executive Chef.You supervise Food & Beverage catering for special events, like the operation in the Main Buffet and in the outdoor barbecues.You oversee reporting, pinpointing challenges and opportunities. Your expertise helps you in proposing solutions to provide a swift and effective improvement.Getting Things Right:You are careful to reduce the waste of natural resources and you will monitor the Galley Operator team during cleaning periodsYou supervise and organize the daily activities of the Galley Operations to ensure that the areas are tidy and clean as per Health and Hygiene rules.Safety First:You provide an excellent service ensuring full compliance with HACCP and USPH standards.Your team is working in compliance with occupational safety standards and rules.What makes you unique:You have a B2 spoken level of English and Italian. A B1 level of a third language between French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese (Mandarin) is preferable.You have at least Secondary school degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.You have at least 4 years’ experience in Hotel or Resorts.
