The role requires a professional with significant experience in recruitment, particularly in leveraging internal resources, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Identification:
  • Utilize the internal talent pool to identify potential candidates for open positions within the company.
  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and current employee information.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate regular communication between internal candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection:
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and manage the selection process, including scheduling interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously refine and improve internal recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement best practices for internal recruitment, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the success of internal recruitment efforts.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the status of internal recruitment activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on internal talent pools.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements within an organization.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR information systems.
  • Attributes:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
