Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a CQA Engineer, you will listen to the Voice of the Customer (VOC), manage the related KPIs and be responsible for evaluating, monitoring and optimizing process and product quality.

-Continuous alignment with Customers (OEM) on Claim management
-Coordination of Customer Audits
-Analysis & Coordination of return material from OEMs
-Coordination of containment actions driven by OEM claims
-Coordination of definition, implementation & documentation of Corrective actions (8D & 5Why & Ishikawa
-Continuous alignment with co-departments (internal & external departments)
-Maintain and develop a reporting system on customer claim management
-Supervise and control new OEM projects from quality planning perspective (APQP & PPAP)

Expectations:
-Fluent English and Dutch
-Advanced knowledge of basic software (outlook, office)
à Power BI is a Plus
-Analytical & systematic way of thinking
-Good communication & stress management
-Proactive, precise & autonomous
-Deep knowledge of core quality tools (PFMEA, APQP, CP, 8D, PPAP)
