for the position of associate professor in the group of researchers and lecturersThe assistant professor’s duties will include:
conducting classes with students of the following majors: Animal Science, Veterinary Inspection, Zoophysiotherapy, Zoophysiotherapy and Animal Care, and Veterinary Medicine, including in the field of feed science and animal nutrition;
organizational activities for the Department, Faculty, and University;
undertaking administrative tasks related to the teaching process;
supervision of diploma theses (engineer’s and master’s theses);
publishing of popular science articles;
conducting activities in the scientific discipline of animal science and fisheries, including scientific research, and publication of scientific articles, and training young scientific staff.Where to apply E-mail[email protected]RequirementsResearch Field Agricultural sciences » Zootechnics Education Level PhD or equivalentSkills/QualificationsThe candidate is required to meet the following qualification criteria:
an academic post-doctoral degree (dr hab.) in the discipline of animal science and fisheries, or veterinary science, or biology, or agriculture, or food technology;
experience in working with animals in the nutrition aspect;
scientific and popular science achievements documented by scientific publications, conference reports, and/or popular articles;
experience in scientific work,
management of research teams,
professional competencies documented by training and/or courses;
ability to use MS Office package software, statistical programs
English, spoken and written, at a level that allows cooperation in an international team and conducting classes in English, as well as publishing scientific articles;
