Puilaetco is the Belgian branch of Quintet Private Bank. Puilaetco’s local Client Data Services team operates from Brussels and consists of 10 colleagues.The Client Data Management team manages the clients’ and portfolio’ data and documents (client onboarding and change of circumstances (including succession)). Client related regulatory reportings (QI/FATCA/CRS/PCC 2) are also in our scope. The Client data Management team is furhtermore, in charge of opening accounts, update the account parameters/change of circumstances (change in service, tariff, client reporting,….) and the management of the account closure in the core banking system.Key AccountabilitiesOperational Work

  • Support the team with operational tasks related to account opening or to the update of account parameters of following a client’s change of circumstances, e.g.

Coordination & expert role

  • Under the management of the Head of Client Data Services, ensure a smooth coordination of the different priorities and activities of the team
  • Coach and support the team to ensure that new offering or regulatory changes are duly considered in the process and control framework of the team
  • Build a team’s dashboard with regards to activities in terms of volume, priorities and SLA
  • Act as a SPOC with regards to the required interactions with internal or external stakeholders, notably Compliance or Audit functions as well as with the Front teams
  • Support the release management from a business requirement, testing and change/process management perspectives
  • Further improve the monitoring Plan and control framework: ensure an efficient running and reporting of the different controls
  • Be a key contributor with regards to the update and improve of internal processes, user guides, client documentation and trainings
  • Act as a SPOC with regards to regulatory reportings (FATCA/CRS/PCC)
  • Be able to run or organise/supervise client mail merge
  • Communicate effectively with the different stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting of incidents and escalation to Head of Client Data Services
  • Training of team members on new processes or services

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in Economics or Legal fields)
  • Master degree is a plus
  • About 5 years of experience in (private) banking industry or in an administrative/control environment
  • Deep understanding of banking products, private banking process/matters and account structure
