One of the main subsidiaries in Europe by developing tailored and efficient solutions on Medical Devices requieres hiring a:INTEGRATION ANALYSTwithin the ESE – Digital Enablement team, for a Spanish role reporting to the Global Implementation Manager. The aim of this role If to oversee the smooth integration of different software systems, applications and platforms within their ecosystem and the client hospital sites (working remotely or based in Barcelona offices).Responsibilities:

  • Implement integration solutions tailored to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency (online)
  • Use the technical expertise to configure integration frameworks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility across systems.
  • Stakeholder management, to translate business requirements into technical plans and vice versa and to foment teamwork to be more efficient and ensure successful integration.
  • Serve as technical expert during software implementations, specifically around integration into current hospital IT infrastructure.
  • Assist Sales and customers in gathering technical requirements and limitations through project discovery phase.
  • Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Hospital IT and in country Olympus resources to ensure implementation requirements are met.
  • Assists with product installation, including setting up VPN tunnels, connecting to customer virtual machines, assisting with ORM and ORU transformations, and integration into hospital network and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, connectivity, and functionality of integrated systems.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
  • Assists support team post installation on any technical questions or concerns regarding to installation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience with system integrations in the medical device field, specifically in a hospital environment .
  • In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and protocols, such as HL7, FHIR, Dicom, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.
  • Experience with hospital systems, such as eHR, HIS, PACs, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with middleware platforms and integration tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
  • Clear communication and collaboration are essential with different stakeholders.
