What you’ll do

As an SAP IT Business Services Consultant, your main responsibility will involve being the primary contact and trusted partner for SAP’s private cloud customers. You will be required to align with your customers regularly, plan, and steer their engagement. Your role will also extend to being an ambassador for the customer within our Enterprise Cloud Services organization, enabling our business to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Roles:

-Engagement Management: Plan and review services in line with the customer’s requirements and manage stakeholders.
-Delivery Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise projects, and de-escalate critical engagements.
-Account Management: Handle all aspects of commercial account management to increase customer satisfaction.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technology-related field

• Prominent presentation and communication skills in English, able to switch between technical and non-technical audiences confidently

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a “customer first” mindset

• Proficient engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills

• Familiarity with SAP’s cloud business, particularly private cloud offerings

• Experience in international environments

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business

Additional Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in German
