Job description
At Page Personnel we are looking for candidates with experience and/or Human Resources studies for an important project for one of our clients.For this project it is essential to have a high level of English in addition to speaking one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Danish, Polish, French, Italian or Portuguese.
- Responsible for delivering customer support in all HR related topics, delivers support for qualitative process initiation by the customers
- Look for improvements for existing operational processes and comes up proactively with ideas & best practices
- Guides the customer successfully to open the correct processes/tickets by analyzing all initiation possibilities based on the specific request.
- Supports in weekly country calls
- Processing employee information and maintaining employee records in the HRIS
- Preparing statistical summaries and special reports from HRIS involving skills, pay grade, performance data, payroll information, and other employee records
- Ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures.

- High level of English is a must plus another language: German, Dutch, Danish, Polish, French, Italian or Portuguese.
- Studies in Human Resources
- At least one year´s experience in a similar position
- Previous experience working with Workday is highly valued.
