Operational Support Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As Operational Support Manager you shall support the sales effort, plan, coordinate, and run the execution and stuffing of more sophisticated Field Service projects, included but not limited to multi-product outages, outages including OOEM equipment, or complex scopes with higher execution risks. Coordinate with Field Service Teams and Field Service 3rd Party Personnel.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support sales effort, plan, coordinate and lead execution of complex FS projects.
• Act as a primary partner concern contact to customers and resolve issue with external and internal collaborators.
• Support the development of technical and commercial proposals for Maintenance & Major Overhaul schemes in line with Customer requirements and those of the relevant Center of Competence.
• Own the field service execution teams on assigned projects by acting as the single point of contact for our customer and for our PM and Sales organization.
• Creation of and ensuring FS Project Execution Schedules are kept up to date.
• Championing FS engineers on the required FS Application tools across Enablon, SRC, Polaris SAP-FSM, One-PM and PLM2020.
• Building positive relationship and communication with respective CoC withing FS global organization.
• Leading Mods and Upgrades project planning, resources allocation, execution and hand-over.
• Organize required trainings for FS HC and ensure certification.
• EHS responsibility for the FS team and their activities at customer sites

What You Bring

• Strong Teammate with excellent leadership capabilities and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in Field Service activities in the Senior role.
• Experienced in leading a team of 5+ people.
• Ability to apply leadership skills at all company levels within your organization.
• Project Management skills.
• Proficient in English and Italian
• Strong analytical skills understanding of turnkey project set ups and understanding of various implementation concepts are essential.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
