• You will manage the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with Project Engineering and Finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
• You will browse the market to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates.
• You will lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders.
• You will conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
• You will be point of contact for suppliers during Tender process and contract negotiation.
• You will be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests, Purchasing Orders.
• You will provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your university studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable degree.
• You have experience in Purchase/Procurement of PV Modules or Wind Turbine Generators or BOP items.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Suppliers/Subcontractor management or you have worked for a Module Supplier or WTG supplier.
• You are proficient in MS Office and Excel, which underlines your ability to effectively utilize essential tools for data analysis, documentation, and communication.
• You are business fluent in English and Spanish. Any other European language is advantageous.
