Your Opportunity:

You will be embedded in the Industrial ecosystem and processes, working alongside our SVP of Industrial solutions and with all the key stakeholders of the industrial team. Your primary responsibility will be to align our technological capabilities with the Industrial team’s demands to ensure seamless operations and innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and on-going management of technology solutions that enhance supply chain visibility, product digital assets and overall industrial processes optimisation.

Your Contribution:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the industrial and manufacturing areas;
  • Translate the industrial and manufacturing requirements into technology solutions that enhance productivity and support the growth and innovation of our industrial processes;
  • Plan, implement and manage Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) solutions to track inventory, assets, and products in real-time;
  • Define and execute the product digital technology roadmap, aligning with organizational objectives;
  • Oversee relationships with technology vendors, solution providers, and service partners;
  • Develop and manage budgets for all the solutions managed, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization;
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions;
  • Ensure that technology solutions implemented within industrial operations comply with all relevant regulations and security standards

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
  • Proven experience in a technology role within an industrial or manufacturing environment;
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies in alignment with business objectives;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills;
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards relevant to industrial technology.
