We are currently looking for two:

Alliance Sales Representatives Oncology (m/f/d)

West Austria (Lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Tyrol, Vorarlberg) or East Austria (Vienna, Burgenland, Styria, Carinthia, East Tyrol)

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying accounts & target areas with biggest potential to drive business outcomes
  • Developing field-based customer & patient journey and account strategy including account plan, regular reviews of the account plan and making informed decisions on the strategy
  • Maximizing account performance by understanding multiple interdependencies within an account, considering customer goals and needs, providing value-based offerings and building long-term relationships through collaborative business planning processes and approaches
  • Developing a network of key decision makers and orchestrated successful interactions with key stakeholders (including public groups, government officials, medical professional organizations) in defined therapy area
  • Developing account strategy and structured account plan, regularly reviewing it and monitoring KPIs based on the tracking plan
  • Providing feedback to management on strategic opportunities for assigned key accounts
  • Collaboration with cross functional Team (Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop omnichannel projects, materials and services that respond to customers and business needs (eg: creation of personalized content aligned with brand strategy, creation of Veeva Rep enabled Emails, marketing materials etc.)
  • Working closely with the market access team to ensure access in price sensitive accounts

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Sales Representative certification for Austria required
  • Strong scientific baseline knowledge & passion for the disease area
  • Influencing/ Negotiation skills: ability to understand both internal and customer perspectives to build a strategy for financial and value-based negotiation
  • Strong Strategic thinking, specifically related to asset value proposition, and clinical and value evidence
  • Willingness to travel throughout Austria >90% of the time in the field visiting customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in working in an Agile way
  • High level negotiation and analytical skills
  • Working with electronic tools (e.g. I-Pad for presentation), MS office, Veeva, Salesforce strongly required
  • Professional proficiency in German, both verbal and written; additional strong English language skills are required

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 53.600,- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
