JOB OVERVIEW

Achieve sales volume and profitability targets within Sales & KAM through the maintenance and establishment of commercially successful relationships with Internationally mobile individuals, groups, major distributor channels and potential and actual clients.

What you do

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Establish commercially successful relationships with relevant Internationally mobile distributors within the given geographic area. 
  • Be the point-of-sale support and assistance to Internationally mobile individuals, groups, and distributors; providing direct client advice in consultation with relevant group companies or distributors.
  • Provide expertise regarding the region covered, unique selling proposition in relation to competition, legal requirements/constraints, required service solutions and product development. 
  • Provide quotations, reports and other information required to generate business.
  • Maintain and strengthen all on-going client relationships including the handling of issues and problems as well as the pro-active establishment of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to developing the Allianz Partners Health distribution growth strategy.
  • Contribute to the set up and support of regional solutions towards Internationally mobile individuals and groups. 
  • Develop and support the current network of insurance intermediaries and other relevant insurance distributors. 
  • Establish and maintain appropriate record keeping and head office reporting as required using Salesforce.

What you bring

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

  • At least 5- years’ experience in an insurance sales environment. 
  • Ability to set up and maintain contact at senior levels.
  • Detailed knowledge of the social security system and insurance market across continental Europe, predominantly Spain, France, Germany.
  • Track record in International Employee Benefit area is a plus.

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

  • Upward mobility within the region
  • Multi-language skills including English, French, German preferred.
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and autonomous
