Job description

Teaching Personnel is currently partnered with an outstanding Trust with schools located across Rushden and Wellingborough. The trust is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their schools and help make a positive impact on their students’ learning experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with lessons and activities.
• Support individual students and small groups to enhance learning.
• Help manage the classroom environment and prepare materials.
• Encourage and support students’ social and emotional development.
• Monitor and report on student progress.
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Teaching Assistant certificate) are desirable
