We are currently seeking an experienced Reporting Coordinator to join our Genetic Toxicology department in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Duties include:

  • Writing study reports for a variety of Genetic Toxicology assay types using information available in the protocol, study files, correspondence records, etc.

  • Liaising with the Study Director to discuss details of the study and any special requirements for the report

  • Preparing, formatting and checking reports to the scheduled deadlines according to Labcorp or client-specific requirements

  • Preparing and quality checking tabulated summaries

  • Assisting Study Director in addressing quality assurance inspection items on GLP-regulated studies, as required

  • Responsibility for maintaining report templates, including liaising with Study Directors from across UK sites to discuss changes as required

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to support Genetic Toxicology operations or administration functions

Education:

  • BSc degree or equivalent. Experience may be substituted for education

Skills / Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft® Office, especially Word and Excel; Adobe® Acrobat®)

  • Attention to detail, time management skills, and organizational skills

  • Experience in technical writing, document production/publishing, and/or science desirable
