Due to high demand in and across Wigan. We are looking for organised and welcoming School Admins to join our team in Wigan. As the first point of contact for our school community, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the school office, ensuring an efficient and effective environment.
* Handle communication between the school and parents, students, and external agencies, including managing phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
* Prepare and distribute newsletters, notices, and other school communications.
* Track and record student attendance, including processing absences and late arrivals.
* Manage student admissions, including processing application forms and maintaining accurate student records.
* Handle school finances, including processing invoices, managing budgets, and maintaining financial records.
* Organize and coordinate school events, such as assemblies, sports days, and extracurricular activities.

Preferred Skills:

* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact clearly and professionally with a diverse range of people.
* Strong Organisational Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using office software and school management systems.
* Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable personality that contributes to a supportive school environment.

Requirements:

* An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
