Eli Lilly Italia è alla ricerca di un/a neolaureato/a per un’opportunità di stage extracurriculare di sei mesi all’interno della funzione Ingegneria, nell’area di manutenzione dei reparti Insulina. Riportando direttamente al Maintenance Manager, la risorsa si occuperà di supportare le attività di organizzazione ed ottimizzazione delle manutenzioni preventive effettuate sugli equipment di produzione.

Il percorso di stage prevederà una prima fase di raccolta dati (i.e. tipologie e frequenza delle manutenzioni) ed un successivo studio tecnico e di prioritizzazione volto all’ottimizzazione delle attività da svolgere in campo. Il progetto si svolgerà principalmente in ambiente produttivo, offrendo l’opportunità di interfacciarsi con diverse funzioni aziendali (Ingegneria, HSE, Operations) e acquisire conoscenze tecniche sugli impianti di produzione e sulle strategie manutentive adottate, sempre rispettando gli elevati standard di Sicurezza e Qualità di Eli Lilly.

Requisiti richiesti:

• Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Chimica, Biomedica, Automazione)
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Proattività e capacità di organizzazione
• Ottime abilità comunicative e flessibilità di approccio
• Attitudine al Teamworking
