In Siemens Smart Infrastructure we are looking for a Service Operations Manager to support us in reaching our common goals. We are looking for a colleague to join the eMobility business. You will be responsible for the Customer & Service Partner experience and the regional Service Operations in the order execution, installation, commissioning, and service delivery phase.Main responsibilitiesThe position will see you take charge of four different areas.Order Execution / Project Management:

  • You will provide the technical scope of work to customers as agreed in the technical specification according to the agreed time schedule and the calculated cost.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of customer orders to sites according to contract requirements and customer expectations.
  • Onboard new customers, including on-site and remote commissioning of AC and DC chargers, back-end integration, and software support.

LTSA Management:

  • You will develop and manage long term service agreements (SLA/LTSA) towards customers and Service Partners, including performance management tracking, evaluation and continuous improvements.

Field Service & Service Partner Management:

  • You will be onboarding new service partners.
  • Developing and managing service partner contracts/agreements.
  • Supporting the development, completion, and fulfillment of service contracts.
  • Performing remote and on-site field service.

Customer Support:

  • You will provide the required service level to the customers according to agreed Service Level Agreements and calculated cost/margin.
  • Provide customer support and technical case resolutions, including ticketing, dispatching of field service, RMA, claims, and warranty handling.
  • To follow up on key performance indicators and proactively engage with customers on charger performance.
  • Seek to increase share of wallet with customers.

Main activities

  • Service Business Development (new activities and continuous improvement of existing Service concepts).
  • Contracting, onboarding, and training of Service Partners.
  • Customer support and ticketing, dispatching of field service interventions.
  • Claim and warranty handling, including registration of Non-Conformance Costs (NCC) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Manage and plan corrective and preventive maintenance, incl troubleshooting in collaboration with internal Support, Nordic Support and 2nd/3rd level expert teams.
  • Order and manage spare parts for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Remote and on-site commissioning of chargers and facilitate system integration with 3rd party back-end systems.

What are we looking for?We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has a background in engineering or installation. Experience with eMobility is a major plus.
  • Possess a commercial insight in the understanding of value propositions, revenue, cost and profitability drivers in the service phase.
  • Has an eagerness to hunt for financial upsides and financially sustainable service models.
  • Has a structured approach to project management, development of contracts and in Service Business Development
  • Possess solid technical knowledge in SW, HW, commissioning, EPC interfaces and Digital Services.
  • Is result orientated, self-driven, proactive and persevering.
  • Possess strong Danish and English skills, both written and verbally.
