Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: BrusselsSalary: €5500 + car+ 15%bonusStart: SeptemberLanguages: Dutch, English, French – this is non negotiableMy client is looking for a HR Manager who is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities in hotels.This role involves managing recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Belgian labor laws and much more.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing:
- Developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Posting job ads and managing recruitment channels.
- Screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Coordinating with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
Training and Development:
- Creating and implementing training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Conducting orientation sessions and onboarding processes.
- Identifying training needs and facilitating continuous education opportunities.
Expected salary
€5000 per month
