We are looking for 5 part-time Flexible Manufacturing Workers for a 12-month fixed term contract to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Components Business Segment in Huddersfield.

This is a fixed term contract working 20 hours per week, 10:00 to 14:30 Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. However, if you are interested in different part-time hours, please discuss this with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble product to meet customer expectations.

• Maintain clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks and perform planned operator care and maintenance tasks.

• Remain flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.

• Participate actively in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

No previous manufacturing experience is required, full training will be provided. All you must bring is an open mind and willingness to learn. Good communication and collaboration skills will help you to succeed.

Education, Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
