This role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing HR processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.Your typical day at Milestone as a HR Process Excellence SpecialistAs a Senior HR Process Excellence Specialist at Milestone, your day is driven by key responsibilities:1. Process Analysis and Improvement

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping to streamline HR processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.

2. Project Management

  • Lead and manage HR process improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for process improvement initiatives.

3. Change Management

  • Develop change management strategies to facilitate smooth implementation of process changes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for new processes.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on new processes and systems.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Best Practices and Compliance

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR process excellence.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Benchmark HR processes against industry standards to identify areas for improvement.

6. Collaboration and Communication

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and team members to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Communicate process changes and improvements effectively across the organization.

How we can matchIf you possess:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on process improvement or operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects in international environment.
  • Change Management: Skilled in managing change and guiding teams through transitions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing improvement and operational excellence.
