Position Objective
In role, you will be a key member of the Commercial Organization within the Life Sciences Group (LSG) having the opportunity to work on the Channel commercial approach. Your main responsibility will be to deliver actionable sales information to support channel growth, and ensure the successful implementation of programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities

Deliver exceptionally profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Support strategies in collaboration with the Senior Channel Manager to optimize product access, marketing focus, and sales efficiency in identified vertical markets

Work closely with Marketing to advertise world-class solutions through our strategic channel and with sales operations to analyse relevant Key Performance Indicators for performance improvement

Implement tactical initiatives to drive sales through channels with tailored tactics in specific geographies
Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements

Analytical skills: Ability to conduct various analyses, quantitative or qualitative, and implement new techniques to improve insights and drive focused actions.

Process improvement: Proven experience in enhancing processes and recognizing areas for ongoing enhancement.

Task management / Prioritization: Proficiency in successfully leading tasks and prioritizing initiatives based on available resources and critical needs.

Understanding the factors that contribute to a successful business, including pricing, compensation, and process improvement decisions.

Commercial experience: Previous experience in a sales capacity or supporting sales personnel and management with a strong understanding of the analytical framework needed to operate a commercial organization.
Experience

Equivalent experience, with a preference for a relevant degree subject

Strong communicator and ability to build a network of effective relationships to drive action internally and with our channel partner

Demonstrated project management skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with sales force automation software is a plus
-
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in another European language is desirable

Excellent presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative work environment, coordinating with various individuals and handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Proficient in project management, organization, time management, and effectively collaborating with various parties involved

Travel required including attending regional and national meetings

Demonstrates a proactive approach to achieving goals, displaying high motivation and a strong commitment to quality work
