Job DescriptionYou are the linking pin between POS creation and Printers. You ensure all print materials are in our Rituals stores worldwide!A customer journey on the retail floor isn’t complete without amazing in-store communication materials (promotions, projects, POS materials). You are the link between the creation of all POS materials and our external printers, ensuring the designs actually end up where they should be: In our retail locations worldwide. This matches you as a project-driven Traffic Media Specialist for offline with a MBO degree, because you love working towards a tangible, printed end result. For 32-40 hours per week, you:

  • Facilitate the production (printing) process of POS and all-in-store communication materials (offline).
  • Set up and implement improvement on new and existing (printing) processes.
  • Actively engage with local countries to ensure the translation is accurate.
  • Liaise with an array of different internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create clear and concise printing briefs for our printing partners who are located in The Netherlands and Belgium.

Our team is not only responsible for processing the physical creation of in-store POS materials but also for the in-store communications for our wholesale partners (such as Sephora, Douglas and Boots) and all our travel locations, mainly located at (international) airports. Please note that you will not be facilitating the design of our POS materials, but you are responsible for turning a design into a physical, tangible product that our customers can touch and feel.Within our Traffic department, you work together within a small team. Just like you, they juggle several projects at the same time.   • You have an MBO degree.
  • A passion for offline media.
  • You have huge experience developing offline print materials (ideally from a traffic/project management position and not from a creative perspective).
  • Experience in the publishing industry or an (advertising) agency.
  • Great communication skills, being fluent in English (both written as well as spoken).
