Mission/purpose of the roleIn this role you will be accountable for Project and Program Management methods and processes across IT (Waterfall and Agile). You will be responsible for monitoring the quality, use and performance of different processes, tools and guidelines and the continuous improvement of them, including the identification of the digitalization opportunities. You will be also responsible for implementing the projects related to our governance and delivery tooling.Key responsibilitiesPortfolio Governance:

  • Maintains and updates the waterfall/agile governance process and bodies to fit with IT delivery models and tools.
  • Provides support and guidance in the Governance processes (TTM) to the IT department. Train the team members to become autonomous. Enforce proper change management techniques.
  • Act as a reference for the methodology and processes
  • Monitor and report adherence to the governance processes.
  • Builds and maintains processes, tools and methodology related to Portfolio Management, Project Management and Program Management. Acts as a reference in these areas
  • Manages the TTM process in strong cooperation with all departments and the IT domain managers in order to optimize the right execution of the roadmap with a balanced focus on planning, resources and quality
  • Acts as a contact person with the TTM center of expertise of Orange group
  • Product owner : Sets the tools to suit governance processes and bodies (Jira, Document) manage the supplier (contract, etc)

Continuous improvement:

  • Proposes and implement improvements in the management of performance assessment, operating model and quality framework.
  • Identifies the recurrent Action Points and issues occurred in the governance platforms and propose improvement plans

Your profile

  • University degree (or equivalent by relevant experience)
  • 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology (certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience in IT governance (project management, budget)
  • Knowledge of the overall IT/Telco architecture
  • Technical expertise in Jira / Confluence, MS Office Suite, MS PowerBI
  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English, French and/or Dutch would be a plus
