The Inspection Coordinator is reporting to the Head Audits and Inspections team within Global Quality department.

In this role his/her main responsibilities are:

  • Support sites and other entities (affiliates) to ensure inspection readiness and inspection follow up as necessary.
  • Provide expertise on worldwide GMP requirements.
  • Analyze new GXP requirements and communicate them to the impacted entities.
  • Organize communications / meetings with the Quality network sharing the outcome of inspections to ensure that the findings raised by the different authorities are considered by all concerned entities.
  • Ensure the follow-up of inspection key indicators.
  • Is a qualified auditor performing audits (some professional trips are expected in this role).
  • Support the training & qualification of auditors.
  • Manage a group of auditors (European audits)

About you

  • Experience: 10+ years working experience in Quality management and auditing in Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Technical skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of GXP regulations and pharmaceuticals standards for a wide range of products (CHC Drug Products, Neutraceutical, Cosmetics, Medical Devices)
  • Be a qualified auditor, minimum experience of 10 years in a GMP/GDP environment.
  • Soft skills: Organization and communication skills, networking capability, leadership and assertiveness skills.
  • Education: Pharmacist or advanced degree (e.g., Master, PhD or equivalent) in life sciences or related fields
  • Languages: English spoken and written compulsory. French is a strong asset.
