We challenge ourselves constantly to deliver more for patients, healthcare professionals, our partners, and our employees.The Marketing Manager will help in creating, implementing and driving the Omnichannel Plans for the brands in promotion, or in premarketing stages, in alignment with global strategy, focusing on contributing to the company’s long-term success, while ensuring compliant development and execution of all related activities and initiatives. Specifically prepare future anti-infective launch together with Local, Cluster and Global Teams ensuring the best premarketing and marketing Omnichannel initiatives to put the company in the best position to maximize the successful brand launch.Role and responsibilitiesDesign comprehensive Marketing Plans aligned with the corporate strategy and that includes vision, strategic priorities, tactics and marketing budget to achieve sales objectives and elaborates appropriate presentations to the Country Lead for review and approval.Plan and execute commercial processes such as, but not limited to: brand planning and promotion, strategic launch planning, design thinking and competitive readiness.Responsible for embedding the implementation of a short, medium and long term digital strategy as well as Omnichannel marketing tactics into the brand planning process.Work with cross functional teams to lead the omnichannel and digital vision and strategy for the brand, leveraging innovation to ensure the optimal HCP experience.Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure compliant development and execution of all activities and initiatives.Working closely with the Patient Value & Access Director in the earlier stages, the right insights will be gathered to help develop the best pre-marketing strategies, as well as the optimal timeframe, to facilitate knowledge of the inti-infectives market as well as knowledge and engagement of customers, Medical Societies and key stakeholders.Lead and manage the marketing team, through effective resources planning, selection of new hires, distribution of roles and responsibilities, mentoring, performance evaluation and building and maintaining a capabilities roadmap to assess needed capabilities (people development, processes, technology).Continuous assessment and validation of HCP messaging, and ongoing refinement.Design integrated outreach and communication plans for key stakeholders (HCPs, key accounts, medical societies, etc.).Serve as subject-matter expert by leveraging deep knowledge of products in promotion and staying updated with scientific evidence about the products and targeted diseases.What you’ll bringFluency in Italian and High level of written and spoken English.Relevant experience in managing and executing multiple cross-functional initiatives at once, collaborating with local, Cluster and Global levels.Demonstrated experience using innovative digital channels and platforms for communications.Omnichannel expertise.Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in a new product launch.Proven years’ manager experience.Savvy and comfortable making recommendations using different digital channels and platformsKnowledge of Veeva CRM is desirable.What we offer in returnopportunities for learning & developmentcollaborative, inclusive work environmentDiversity and inclusionBuilding an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority.
