• Leads the Global IDDC (Innovation design & delivery center) for the SN category and co-defines the category strategy with the business partners.
• Co-creates and oversees the global innovation pipeline
• Manages exploration projects and drives innovation within the SN category portfolio.
• Ensures the existing portfolio’ market superiority compliance, and cost competitiveness.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to achieve the SN category’s business ambition.
• Manages a team, ensuring they have the necessary capabilities and assets.
• Identifies needs for future innovation transformation
• Guarantees the delivery of the global innovation pipeline.
• Maintains close relationships with local businesses through the Community of Practice.
• Exhibits exceptional leadership skills to align global initiatives with local market dynamics.

Your main responsibilities will focus on: * BUSINESS STRATEGY / BUSINESS VISION:

• Collaboratively shape the innovation strategy and business exploration roadmaps and deliver innovation & Fuel For Growth (F4G) pipelines ensuring business proximity.
• Drive the development of R&I assets in alignment with the SN business strategy, utilizing SN-specific and R&I Commons assets and external networks.
• IMPACT ON BUSINESS RESULTS:

• Play a significant/major role as a decision-maker in innovation design for business exploration and delivery, influencing incremental Net Sales (NS)/CO%.
• Impact the Global SN category Portfolio and the development of innovation, aiming for achieving incremental NS growth as per SN Strategy.
• PROCESS & PROJECTS:

• Jointly establish SN R&I governance for the category encompassing both exploration and delivery
• Participate in SNU Innovation (Business exploration & IRO), F4G Governance/Decision Forums, and lead the Community of Practice for Global SN R&I.
• MANAGERIAL COMPLEXITY:

• Engage in multi-dimensional management across the categories, functions and geographies.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the broader R&I Community, SNU, and local teams.
• Oversee a diverse team of 70+ FTEs across various countries.
• Develop a robust external network to maximize the utilization of external capabilities.
• Evaluate and nurture solutions with a multi-faceted impact on people, operations, and financial aspects.
• KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Co-create and lead the SN category Strategy & Pipeline.
• Co-Design business exploration (prototypes) and deliver Innovation/Renovation & F4G pipelines with excellence in execution.
• Implement new ways of working for consumer-centric products, leveraging external assets (suppliers/partners).
• Build expertise/capability to achieve SNU & Local ambition.
• Ensure future science and technology needs are resourced.
• Develop and manage team budget.
• MAIN INTERACTION (SCOPE & LEVEL)

• Influence and Convince plus Negotiate and Decide
• Internal: SNU (CB&I, Medical Nutrition & Sciences, IRO, Ops, Quality Food Safety, Cycles & Procurement, General Secretary) – VPs and Directors, CBUs and Local R&I – Directors, SN R&I Global (Adv) and Local (UX, Pack, Spec, Process, Capa, Innovation design & delivery center (IDDC))
• External: Suppliers, solution providers, Innovation consultancy, new businesses/start-ups
• KEY METRICS (Mission critical performance indicators):

• Co-lead business exploration pipeline definition
• Co-design and deliver Innovation & PSQC projects, on time and at quality globally
• Design and lead governance and interfaces with CBUs and regions – Community of Practice
• Expertise in development and management
• Products designed and delivered to hit consumer-centric KPIs

• Have a proven track of achievements in relevant fields.
