  • Drive and contribute integration and on-boarding of new applications in the central IAM solution depending on the

specific application needs (Identity Management, Access Management, Identity Governance, Privileged Access
Management Solution) * Drive and contribute the definition of IAM related processes and procedures

  • Drive and contribute to the Business/Application role modelling for all applications of the company (starting by critical

applications). Prepare the on-boarding of applications in our IAM solution and liaise with our technical team to on-board
applications in our IAM system * Lead access rights reviews

  • Drive and contribute to the deployment and success of the PAM solution
  • Contribute to any IAM business related activities for audits and reporting purposes

Responsibilities:Overall Identity and Access Management

  • Guard Identity and Access Management Best practices and processes through DKV and Ergo and elaborate solutions for possible risks.
  • Coordinate, investigate and solve IAM related security incidents.
  • Analyze, advise and implement the processes to integrate access rights management structurally in the development and deployment of

new applications. * Close and pro-active collaboration with the IT Software Team Leaders, service providers and business units to identify IAM related risksand to propose technical solutions for IAM related questions. * Identify opportunities to improve business practices or IT-related IAM processes.Improvement of IAM maturity

  • Collaborate with the entire organizations of DKV and Ergo to improve the overall maturity around all IAM related capabilities (Identity

Management, Access Control, Role Based Access Control, Privileged access Management) * Collaborate with all necessary stakeholders of IAM related projects to prepare on-boarding of applications in the IAM solution, follow upactivities until full integration of applications in the IAM solutionReporting

  • Drive IAM reporting, Review IAM reports and advise on improvements and/or corrective actions.

Communication

  • Act as a IAM advocate to evangelize the IAM best practices.
  • Stress the importance of following the IAM processes.
  • Monitor that the IAM policies processes are followed consequently.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and simply to Senior Stakeholders.

Quality control

  • Act as a contact person and quality control for internal and external parties
  • Act as a link between IT Operations teams, Development Teams, Product Owner and business
  • Evaluate security measures and suggestions of audits following quality assurance review

Education

  • Staying informed of IAM market trends, emerging Threats related to IAM.

Requirements:Hard skills

  • Bachelor or Master in Informatics
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management related topics, modelling of access rights
  • Experience in PAM
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT
  • Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French are optional
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of information security terminology, technology and concepts
  • Experience with the NetIQ suite is a plus
