What we’re looking for 
The Graduate Development Program is a comprehensive two-year initiative designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and experiences to excel in Energy Transition and Decarbonisation consulting. Throughout the program, participants will undergo rotations across various departments and locations, enabling them to gain a holistic understanding of our organization and industry. 

The post holder will join a structured programme designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to progress your early career and achieve professional status. to embark on a journey towards becoming world-class Consultants specializing in the critical areas of Shipping Management Consulting, Energy Transition, ESG Reporting and Energy Advisory.

The post holder will gain a holistic understanding of our organization and industry, equip you with the necessary skills and experiences to excel in Energy Transition and Decarbonisation consulting for a period of 2 years development.

The role :

-Follow a personal training plan to develop your knowledge and competencies to excel in Energy Transition and Decarbonisation consulting
-To develop clear insights and recommendations to clients using qualitative and quantitative methods.
-To contribute to business advisory engagements by undertaking research and analysis activities.
-To provide a range of technical and administrative support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload.
-Undertakes a range of administrative and chargeable activities and resolves queries for internal / external clients.
-To produce the required inputs within the agreed parameters in a defined format including contract terms and conditions.
-To properly document research activities such that they can be referenced as part of consulting outcomes.
-To undertake structured analysis that can be interrogated and verified by both internal and external parties as required.
 
What you bring 

-A degree or equivalent from a tertiary organisation recognised by Lloyd’s Register within the relevant field of engineering or business.
-To have completed secondary education or relevant apprenticeship.
-To work in accordance with professional codes of conduct and the LR Code of Ethics in IMS01.
-Proficiency in the English language commensurate with the work.
-Experience in the marine industry, either technical or administrative / procedural would be an advantage
-Good verbal and presentation skills
-Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Be highly self-motivated, possessing strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcome
-A natural curiosity and critical thinking ability
