The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP QM/PP solutions for our organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize quality management processes This role requires an organized individual with a strong technical background, fluency in English, and the ability to adapt to and document the existing IT environment.Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP QM and PP modules. Design and configure SAP QM processes, including master data setup, inspection planning, quality notifications, quality orders, routings, xsteps and quality certifications.
- Lead or participate in SAP QM/PP implementation projects, ensuring the successful deployment of SAP solutions. Customize and enhance SAP QM/PP functionalities to meet specific business needs. Conduct system configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between modules. Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide training on SAP QM/PP processes.
- Provide ongoing support to SAP users, troubleshoot system issues, and perform system enhancements and optimizations. Conduct regular system monitoring and ensure data integrity within the SAP QM/PP module. Stay up-to-date with SAP product releases and industry best practices.
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions using SAP QM/PP functionalities. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in production planning and quality management processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our SAP application.
Skills & Experience:
- 5-10 years of SAP QM/PP experience. Minimum 3 years in S4 Hana.
- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle QM/PP implementations
- Strong knowledge SAP PP and integration points with SAP QM
- Experience with Fiori and other mobile applications.
- Experience configuring and deploying Xsteps in a production order
- Experience integrating SAP QM with external applications.
- Experience with SAP DMS
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
