Administrative Assistant Project Management Office (PMO)The role consists of two main areas:Administrative Support:Provide all-round administrative support for French and Belgian Nearshore and day projects.Follow up on the invoicing process for smaller projects (France and Belgium).Collaborate with the project manager and maintain project and resource planning.Monitor the project process and maintain the Daily Progress Reporting (DPR) database.Manage and assist with project budget tracking.Receptionist Duties:Greet and welcome visitors.Answer telephone calls.Maintain a neat and professional reception desk and meeting rooms.Handle mail and package processing.Ensure windows and doors are secured in the evening.Reception duties will be shared with a colleague, ensuring efficient reception and administration.What we expect from you?Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and French.Proficient in MS Office.Well-organized with attention to detail.What we offer you?A challenging job in a fast-growing environment.A positive working atmosphere within a young, dynamic team.A competitive salary package.Opportunities for career growth within our organization.
