Data Scientist, Sr Level 3

We are looking for an AI Lead to join our Data&AI Studio to drive the development of usable and effective AI solutions using Generative AI technologies.

This role requires a hands-on approach in the design and deployment of large language models (LLMs) and related AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading key projects and mentoring data scientists, focusing on practical AI applications that directly enhance business operations and customer experiences.

You will get the chance to:

• Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly generative AI models that address specific business needs;
• Lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that AI solutions are robust, scalable, and seamlessly integrated into existing systems;
• Prototype and iterate on models and algorithms to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;
• Familiarity with SDAIA/NDMO and development of safe AI models
• Directly mentor and direct a team of AI data scientists, fostering an environment of innovation and practical problem-solving;
• Enhance team capabilities through regular training and hands-on workshops focused on advanced AI techniques and industry best practices;
• Encourage a project-driven approach where team members develop tangible AI solutions that contribute to strategic goals;
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, particularly generative models;
• Apply expert knowledge in machine learning, neural networks, and computational linguistics to develop AI solutions that are both innovative and functional;
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI systems for better performance and accuracy.

What will help you succeed:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field;
• At least 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with significant hands-on experience in designing and deploying large language models;
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions;
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
