DescriptionPosition at LHH (Global)Assessment Services ConsultantThis is a global role based in Eastern Europe / PolandThe Assessment Services Consultant provides a key role of delivering assessment services to internal and external customers using LHH Assessment technologies and methodology. Acting as a front-line member of the team to provider timely and accurate responses to service support needs and requests around the world. Our team supports the successful delivery of assessment insights to 40,000+ participants per year and we are proud to do this at scale, speed and delivering career changing insights to our clients.Reporting Relationships:

  • You will report directly to the Global Head of Assessment solutions.
  • With a dotted line report to a local in-country leader for social and local leadership
  • Key stakeholders include global assessment subject matter experts and LHH Talent Portal subject matter experts.
  • Frequently interacts with other field & corporate leaders including sales, marketing, finance, & IT.

In this role you can expect toAssessment Solutions Support

  • Acting a global resource to our Assessment SMEs and selling community. Supporting on technical expertise requirements to develop new sales solutions and implement best practices to delight our clients.
  • Supports with matching our assessment solution suite to client needs, ability to understand assessment constructs and how these add value to individuals and organisations.
  • Support on mapping behavioural skills between client environments with LHH assessments

Client Support

  • Support our Assessment subject matter experts, in-country resources and clients on a wide range of service and support enquiries. Linked to LHH assessment technology and external partners
  • Setting up new and existing clients with access to assessment products and services
  • Deliver a level of internal and external customer service which exceeds expectations every time
  • Ensure that we deliver services and support to internal customers which meet deadlines and commitments to our contractual clients
  • Troubleshoots technical enquiries for clients to provide timely resolutions of conflicts arising in assessment projects as needed

Continuous improvement

  • Supporting our internal teams to grow their knowledge and capabilities through the support provided on assessment systems and tools.
  • Capturing and sharing user feedback from internal and external sources to help identify trends and improve the end user experience.
  • Collaborates with the global team highlight hot spots for improving knowledge and skills across LHH
  • Overtime will own support processes for Assessment Technology in LHH to drive a practice of improved support for our clients.

Data management

  • Ensures confidentiality of assessment data linked to existing processes and policies to mitigate against risks to sensitive data of our clients
  • Works with data sets for participants to deliver data to client teams to drive analytics outcomes

System administration

  • Manage administration tasks using LHH Assessment technology, primarily setting up new client accounts. Creation of projects to collect assessment data linked to client projects and programmes.
  • Manage email responses back to internal and external clients in line with our global service level agreement via our global assessment inbox
  • Track and monitors the types of enquiries that are being handled through shared services support to our assessment SMEs and clients

All About You

  • 2 years plus experience working in a professional work setting
  • Knowledge of assessment and leadership development technology
  • Graduate level education, with a background in Occupational Psychology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in LHH business language
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience with administration and data collection using survey and assessment technology a bonus
  • Self-starter attitude combined with strong collaboration skills
  • High levels of initiative / self-motivation and drive
  • Has a “no dead ends” attitude to solving client needs and drives successful outcomes for stakeholders.
